As the date of our meeting is fast approaching, we would like to provide you with more details.
The conference will be hosted at Jagiellonian University, in the Auditorium Maximum (33 Krupnicza street, Kraków), in the very centre of the city. The venue is a modern conference centre with all typical facilities that will certainly ensure comfortable conditions for conference presentations and discussions.
Thank you for the great number of fantastic abstract proposals that were submitted for the conference. The Scientific Committee has done a difficult job reviewing them, and the decisions were already sent to the authors as soon as they were ready.
Oral presentations will be arranged in thematic sessions. In general, we plan one-and-a-half-hour session blocks consisting of four presentations each 20 minutes, plus 10 minutes for discussion at the end of a block (the official language of the conference is English). Posters (preferably A0, portrait layout) will be displayed throughout the conference in a hallway in front of the conference room. To give you more time for uninhibited discussions, coffee breaks will take 30 minutes, and lunch breaks will take two hours. We also plan a half-day off to allow you to explore the city and enjoy its many museums and other attractions.
The registration fee will cover participation in all sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception at Stuba Communis, a historic dining room at the oldest medieval building of our university, gala dinner (the details TBA), and a conference kit.

The online registration system will open in March; details will follow. Travel costs and accommodation are at the expense of the participants.
Accommodation
Krakow offers a great variety of accommodation possibilities. However, we still have kept some relatively low-cost rooms in the Nawojka and Żaczek Student Hotels of Jagiellonian University. In both hotels, the rooms have a private bathroom, refrigerator, kettle, basic kitchenware, and free Wi-fi. Breakfast is also available for an additional fee (approximately 30 PLN). The location is quiet just next to Jordan Park, less than 10 minutes walk from the venue.
The organisers make reservation; however, payments and receipts must be made upon arrival at the hotel desk in cash or card.
